All Ekinex products come with a 2-year manufacturer\u2019s warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification or force majeure. Warranty repairs are carried out by authorised service partners in the Baltic states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nDelivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Delivery in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is carried out by Omniva, DPD, Itella or Venipak. Standard delivery time 2\u20137 working days. Delivery cost depends on the distance and order weight and is displayed at checkout. The exact delivery fee will be visible when finalizing the purchase or upon receiving the invoice before payment. Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nReturns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Within the 14-day right of withdrawal the buyer must return the goods in original packaging and unused condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the delivered goods are defective or incorrect.
